Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing beauty machines, salon furniture, and equipment from our website.

Because many of our items are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers, delivery times may differ from standard UK retailers. By placing an order, you agree to the delivery terms outlined below.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality checks (where applicable)

  • Supplier dispatch confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.



2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom

If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us before ordering.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

As we ship directly from suppliers (including AliExpress fulfilment partners), delivery times can vary depending on the product type and destination.

UK Delivery Estimates

  • Beauty machines & equipment: 7–60 business days

  • Salon furniture & large items: 10–60 business days

  • Made-to-order / customised items: 15–60 business days

 

Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, supplier handling, or customs processing.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The item ordered

  • Package size/weight

  • Your delivery location

  • Supplier shipping method

Some products may include free shipping, which will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.


5. Tracking Information

Tracking may be available for most orders.

  • Tracking details will be sent to your email once dispatched

  • Some orders may ship in multiple parcels, meaning you may receive more than one tracking number

Please allow 3–7 days after dispatch for tracking to update.


6. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately because:

  • They are dispatched from different suppliers

  • Furniture and machines may require separate couriers

  • Items may ship from different warehouses

This is normal with drop shipping and does not mean your order is incomplete.


7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer during:

  • Busy periods (Christmas, sales events, Black Friday)

  • Courier disruptions

  • Poor weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Remote area deliveries

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will support you with tracking and supplier communication.


8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Some orders may be shipped from outside the UK and may be subject to:

  • Import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Handling fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control these fees and cannot refund them.


9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned to the supplier due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to collect from delivery point

  • Refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.


10. Damaged Parcels or Items

We package items carefully, however due to the nature of international shipping, damage can occasionally occur.

If your item arrives damaged:

✅ You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
✅ Provide:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging box

  • Shipping label visible

  • A short description of the issue

We will work with the supplier to offer a replacement, spare part, or refund depending on the case.


11. Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your item:

  • Check with neighbours / safe place

  • Contact your local delivery depot

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will support you in opening a case with the courier/supplier.


12. Furniture & Large Item Deliveries

Salon furniture may require:

  • Extended delivery timeframes

  • Special couriers

  • Kerbside delivery (delivery to outside your property)

Unless stated otherwise, deliveries do not include:
❌ Carry-in service
❌ Assembly/installation
❌ Removal of old furniture

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
